These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Khel Korner website, booking platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a booking or payment. You confirm that information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Bookings
- Bookings are subject to availability of activities, rooms, and time slots.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or acceptance of an authorised pay-later arrangement, as applicable.
- You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may shorten your session without extension.
- We may refuse or cancel bookings that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of venue rules.
4. Pricing & payments
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice for future bookings.
- Online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
- Taxes, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
- Memberships, packages, and coupons are subject to their own validity rules as stated at purchase.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Booking cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that policy.
6. Venue conduct
- You must follow staff instructions and venue safety rules at all times.
- Damage to equipment or premises may result in repair charges and refusal of future entry.
- We reserve the right to remove guests who engage in harassment, violence, intoxication that endangers others, or illegal activity.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@khelkorner.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
8. Intellectual property
All branding, content, logos, and software related to Khel Korner remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khel Korner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including missed sessions due to force majeure, network outages, or payment gateway downtime. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the jurisdiction where our venue operates shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
